I am appalled by how these people are living. It’s bad enough that they do not have much income, and to have to live like this deplorable. My sister lives in these homes and she has always had water bugs the size of small animals running through her apt. Its crazy!!!

This is horrible that people in the city of Newark NJ The Renassaince City is living under these conditions. It is time for someone to do something about it. Take care of the children this has to be dangerous having children sleeping where there is mold growing in the walls and holes for the rodents to run free. I know that New Community Corp can do better than that. What is that New Jack City the Forgotten , Congratulations to the Tenants that are speaking up Enough is Enough.

I am a resident of Homes Court. I’ve been here a little over a yr. I never realized how truly blessed I am! The only problem I have iswater running in my tub. My neighbors have been complaining for along time to no avail!! This is humiliating! No human should have to live with these problems for this long, and they still expect yo to pay your rent on time….I appreciate Mr. James putting this online where others can be made aware of how Newark’s residents are treated.
